After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: electrocardiogram t wave abnormal, electrocardiogram t wave amplitude decreased, hypokalaemia, primary hyperaldosteronism, treatment noncompliance. Fludex dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
