Male patient, 65 years of age, was diagnosed with waldenstrom's macroglobulinaemia and was treated with Fludarabine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, breath sounds abnormal, marrow hyperplasia, myelodysplastic syndrome, pleural effusion, waldenstrom's macroglobulinaemia. Fludarabine dosage: 25 MG/M2, 3 CYCLES ON DAYS 1?5 E INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with CHLORAMBUCIL, PREDNISOLONE. Patient died.
