Fludara side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Oct 30, 2006. Male patient, 60 years of age, was diagnosed with waldenstrom's macroglobulinaemia and was treated with Fludara. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: adenoviral hepatitis, pancytopenia, pneumonia . Fludara dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with RITUXAN, CHLORAMBUCIL, DEXAMETHASONE, PREDNISONE, VINCRISTINE, CYTOXAN. Patient died.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute hepatic failure, candida sepsis, cytomegalovirus infection , engraft failure, febrile neutropenia, multi-organ failure, pneumonia , renal failure acute, thrombotic microangiopathy. Fludara dosage: AS USED: 50 MG UNIT DOSE: 50 MG. During the same period patient was treated with BUSULFEX, SANDIMMUNE, DEPAKENE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 08/23/2008.
