Male patient, 74 years of age, weighting 127.9 lb, was diagnosed with chronic lymphocytic leukaemia and was treated with Fludara. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bone marrow necrosis, chronic lymphocytic leukaemia transformation, condition aggravated, disseminated intravascular coagulation, hepatic failure, lung infiltration, lymphocyte count increased, no therapeutic response. Fludara dosage: 30 MG, 1X/DAY, INTRAVENOUS. Patient died on 07/24/2005.
