Fludara side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Sept 27, 2005. Male patient, 68 years of age, was diagnosed with waldenstrom's macroglobulinaemia and was treated with Fludara. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aplastic anaemia, blood bilirubin increased, bone marrow failure, cerebral haemorrhage, diabetes mellitus, febrile neutropenia, hypertension, loss of consciousness, lymphoplasmacytoid lymphoma/immunocytoma. Fludara dosage: 25 MG/M2, 5D. During the same period patient was treated with RITUXIMAB, GRANULOCYTE COLONY STIMULATING FACTOR, BLOOD TRANSFUSION, ACYCLOVIR, FLUCONAZOLE, CIPROFLOXACIN, AMLODIPINE, ALLOPURINOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
