Male patient, 54 years of age, was diagnosed with stem cell transplant, prophylaxis against graft versus host disease and was treated with Fludara. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia haemolytic autoimmune, aplasia pure red cell, cytomegalovirus antigen positive, cytomegalovirus chorioretinitis, reticulocyte count decreased. Fludara dosage: TOTAL DAILY DOSE: 30 MG/M2 UNIT DOSE: 30 MG/M2. During the same period patient was treated with CAMPATH, BUSULFAN, CYCLOSPORINE, METHOTREXATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
