Female patient, 86 years of age, weighting 85.00 lb, was diagnosed with skin candida and was treated with Fluconazole. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: erythema multiforme, multi-organ failure, rash , sepsis , septic shock, skin exfoliation. Fluconazole dosage: 150MG QD PO. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 68 years of age, weighting 154.3 lb, was diagnosed with sepsis , aortic valve incompetence, cardiac failure, thrombosis prophylaxis, hypokalaemia, ill-defined disorder and was treated with Fluconazole. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac failure, haemorrhage, restlessness, sepsis , stevens-johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis. Fluconazole dosage: 200 MG (DAILY), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with DILTIAZEM HYDROCHLORIDE, FUROSEMIDE, TAZOBAC, HEPARIN, PRIMAXIN, POTASSIUM CHLORIDE, ALBUMIN, KONAKION. Patient died.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood calcium decreased, bone marrow failure, candidiasis, endotoxic shock, immunosuppression, long qt syndrome, pneumonia fungal, sepsis , torsade de pointes. Fluconazole dosage: 400 MG FREQ. During the same period patient was treated with CYTARABINE, ACLARUBICIN HYDROCHLORIDE, MAXIPIME, AMIKACIN, AMPHOTERICIN B. Patient died on 06/30/2000.

Fluconazole dosage: (100 MG). During the same period patient was treated with CIPROFLOXACIN, ASPARAGINASE, DAUNORUBICIN, ONDANSETRON, PREDNISONE, VINCRISTINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 07/28/2004.
