After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bradycardia, electrocardiogram qt prolonged, renal impairment, torsade de pointes. Fluconazole dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DOMPERIDONE, AMOXICILLIN, GENTAMICIN, PREDNISONE, HEMOFILTRATION, MAGNESIUM SULPHATE, PIPERACILLIN W. Patient recovered.
