Male patient, 48 years of age, weighting 134.5 lb, was diagnosed with pneumonia fungal, acute myeloid leukaemia and was treated with Fluconazole. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood calcium decreased, bone marrow failure, candidiasis, endotoxic shock, immunosuppression, long qt syndrome, pneumonia fungal, sepsis , torsade de pointes. Fluconazole dosage: 400 MG FREQ. During the same period patient was treated with CYTARABINE, ACLARUBICIN HYDROCHLORIDE, MAXIPIME, AMIKACIN, AMPHOTERICIN B. Patient died on 06/30/2000.
