After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: eustachian tube obstruction, hypoacusis, nervous system disorder, no therapeutic response, post procedural complication. Floxin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PREDNISONE, VALTREX, DEPAKOTE. Patient recovered.
