After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , anorexia, blood pressure decreased, dizziness , dysphonia, dysuria, gingival pain, hallucination, headache . Floxin dosage: 200 MG, 1 IN 1 DAY, ORAL. Patient recovered.

Floxin dosage: 400 MG, 2 IN 1 DAY, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with NEUPOGEN, FLUCONAZOLE, CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE, ETOPOSIDE, DEXAMETHASONE, ZOFRAN, MESNA. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
