Floxacillin side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on May 16, 2005. Female patient, 71 years of age, was treated with Floxacillin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: endocarditis , renal failure acute. Floxacillin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with AMOXICILLIN TRIHYDRATE, GENTAMICIN, AMLODIPINE, LANSOPRAZOLE, WARFARIN, ASPIRIN, CLOPIDOGREL BISULPHATE. Patient recovered.
