Female patient, 57 years of age, weighting 154.3 lb, was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and was treated with Floxacillin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactic reaction. Floxacillin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PENICILLIN, LEVOTHYROXINE. Patient recovered.
