Flixotide side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from FRANCE on Jan 08, 2007. Male patient, 81 years of age, was diagnosed with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pulmonary embolism , cardiovascular disorder and was treated with Flixotide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , accidental overdose, anaemia, bone marrow failure, haemorrhage, international normalised ratio increased, lung infection, muscle spasticity, prothrombin level decreased. Flixotide dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PREVISCAN, PAROXETINE, SEREVENT, VASTEN, CETIRIZINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Flixotide side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED KINGDOM on May 11, 2007. Male patient, child 7 years of age, weighting 48.94 lb, was diagnosed with asthma  and was treated with Flixotide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , acth stimulation test abnormal, adrenal insufficiency, adrenal suppression, blood antidiuretic hormone increased, blood corticotrophin abnormal, blood cortisol decreased, brain oedema, encephalopathy. Flixotide dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with SERETIDE, MONTELUKAST, SALMETEROL, SALBUTAMOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient, child 5 years of age, weighting 31.31 lb, was diagnosed with asthma  and was treated with Flixotide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , adrenal disorder, adrenal insufficiency, adrenal suppression, blood chloride decreased, blood glucose decreased, brain oedema, c-reactive protein increased, cardiogenic shock. Flixotide dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with SERETIDE, MONTELUKAST. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
