Flexeril side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Aug 03, 2007. Male patient, 66 years of age, was diagnosed with compression fracture and was treated with Flexeril. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, delirium, hallucination, hypovolaemia, mental status changes, overdose. Flexeril dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LORTAB, PLENDIL, ENALAPRIL MALEATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
