Male patient, weighting 180.0 lb, was diagnosed with back disorder, depression  and was treated with Flexeril. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alopecia, back disorder, depression , diabetes mellitus, feeling abnormal, gastric disorder, headache , heart rate increased, hyperadrenalism. Flexeril dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CYMBALTA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
