Flexeril Side Effects Report #5104527-9
Flexeril side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Sept 05, 2006. Male patient, 33 years of age, was diagnosed with suicide attempt and was treated with Flexeril. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agitation, cardiac arrest , completed suicide. Flexeril dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ZOLOFT. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
