Flexeril side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Feb 14, 2006. Female patient, 69 years of age, weighting 160.9 lb, was diagnosed with arthritis  and was treated with Flexeril. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute myocardial infarction, allergy to arthropod bite, atrioventricular block first degree, breast mass, cholecystitis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, coronary artery disease , coronary artery occlusion, depression . Flexeril dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TRIAZOLAM, VIOXX, ATENOLOL, NEURONTIN, ZANTAC. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
