Female patient, 34 years of age, weighting 183.0 lb, was diagnosed with myalgia, arthritis , hypertension, oedema, pain , anxiety , hypersensitivity and was treated with Flexeril. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cerebrovascular accident, thyroid disorder. Flexeril dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VIOXX, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, PROPOXYPHENE NAPSYLATE, ALPRAZOLAM, FLONASE, BUTALBITAL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
