Male patient, 53 years of age, weighting 209.4 lb, was diagnosed with osteoarthritis , hyperlipidaemia, back pain , prophylaxis and was treated with Flexeril. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute myocardial infarction, anxiety , chest pain , coronary artery stenosis. Flexeril dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VIOXX, PRAVACHOL, ZOCOR, LOPID, MOTRIN, AMBIEN, ASPIRIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
