After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: nephropathy, proteinuria, renal failure, renal failure chronic. Fleet dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ASPIRIN, CARVEDILOL, CLOPIDOGREL, SIMVASTATIN, AMLODIPINE, BISACODYL, CALCIUM ACETATE, CLINDAMYCIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
