Flecainide Side Effects Report #5123372-1
Flecainide side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from FRANCE on Sept 18, 2006. Female patient, 24 years of age, was diagnosed with suicide attempt and was treated with Flecainide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arrhythmia , atrioventricular block third degree, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, blood potassium decreased, blood pressure decreased, blood sodium increased, body temperature increased, bundle branch block right, c-reactive protein increased. Flecainide dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with SEROPLEX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.

Flecainide dosage: 5 MG/KG. During the same period patient was treated with SOTALOL HYDROCHLORIDE, NADOLOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
