Fioricet side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Nov 06, 2007. Female patient, 38 years of age, was diagnosed with osteoarthritis What is  osteoarthritis and was treated with Fioricet. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hydronephrosis, nephropathy toxic, renal impairment, renal papillary necrosis. Fioricet dosage: 650 MG, DAILY, ORAL, 500 MG, BID X 2-3 YEARS, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with NAPROXEN, DIPHENHYDRAMINE HYDROCHLORIDE, METOCLOPRAMIDE, FENOFIBRATE, VENLAFAXINE, PANTOPRAZOLE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: metabolic acidosis, renal impairment, transaminases increased, urine amino acid level increased. Fioricet dosage: 500 MG, Q6-8H. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
