Fioricet side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Nov 06, 2007. Female patient, 38 years of age, was diagnosed with osteoarthritis  and was treated with Fioricet. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hydronephrosis, nephropathy toxic, renal impairment, renal papillary necrosis. Fioricet dosage: 650 MG, DAILY, ORAL, 500 MG, BID X 2-3 YEARS, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with NAPROXEN, DIPHENHYDRAMINE HYDROCHLORIDE, METOCLOPRAMIDE, FENOFIBRATE, VENLAFAXINE, PANTOPRAZOLE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Fioricet side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED KINGDOM on Nov 03, 2008. Male patient, child 11 years of age, was diagnosed with nasopharyngitis and was treated with Fioricet. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: metabolic acidosis, renal impairment, transaminases increased, urine amino acid level increased. Fioricet dosage: 500 MG, Q6-8H. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
