Fioricet and nephropathy toxic Patient Reports February 12, 2012

Fioricet side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Nov 06, 2007. Female patient, 38 years of age, was diagnosed with osteoarthritis  and was treated with Fioricet. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hydronephrosis, nephropathy toxic, renal impairment, renal papillary necrosis. Fioricet dosage: 650 MG, DAILY, ORAL, 500 MG, BID X 2-3 YEARS, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with NAPROXEN, DIPHENHYDRAMINE HYDROCHLORIDE, METOCLOPRAMIDE, FENOFIBRATE, VENLAFAXINE, PANTOPRAZOLE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Fioricet side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Dec 21, 2007. Male patient, 76 years of age, was diagnosed with headache , gout  and was treated with Fioricet. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: kidney fibrosis, nephropathy toxic, renal atrophy. Fioricet dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with SULINDAC, ACETYLSALICYLIC ACID SRT, ALLOPURINOL, COLCHICINE. Patient recovered.
