Finasteride side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Mar 24, 2006. Male patient, 58 years of age, weighting 178.6 lb, was diagnosed with benign prostatic hyperplasia and was treated with Finasteride. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: feeling abnormal, hypoaesthesia, paraesthesia, pruritus, rash What is  rash. Finasteride dosage: 5 MG QD. During the same period patient was treated with ASPIRIN, DOXAZOSIN, FLUNISOLIDE, FLUOXETINE, FOLIC ACID, FISH OIL, OMEPRAZOLE, PSEUDOEPHEDRINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: pruritus, systemic lupus erythematosus. Finasteride dosage: 1 MG DAILY- ORAL. Patient recovered.
