After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain upper, computerised tomogram abnormal, hyperplasia, leukocytosis, pelvic haemorrhage, spleen disorder. Filgrastim dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
