Ferrous Side Effects Report #5975637-9
Ferrous side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED KINGDOM on Nov 21, 2008. Male patient, 31 years of age, was diagnosed with anaemia, schizophrenia and was treated with Ferrous. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , faecaloma, gastrointestinal necrosis, malaise, pneumonia , pyrexia, vomiting. Ferrous dosage: 200 MG, TID. During the same period patient was treated with CLOZAPINE, AMISULPRIDE, ASCORBIC ACID, BECLOMETHASONE DIPROPIONATE, FYBOGEL, IPRATROPIUM BROMIDE, LACTULOSE, LANSOPRAZOLE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with CLOZAPINE, AMISULPRIDE, ASCORBIC ACID, BECLOMETHASONE DIPROPIONATE, FYBOGEL, IPRATROPIUM BROMIDE, LACTULOSE, LANSOPRAZOLE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with VALPROIC ACID, AMISULPRIDE, LACTULOSE, ALBUTEROL SULPHATE, BECLOMETHASONE DIPROPIONATE, IPRATROPIUM BROMIDE, FYBOGEL, LANSOPRAZOLE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
