Female patient, 78 years of age, weighting 160.1 lb, was diagnosed with mineral supplementation and was treated with Ferrous. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anxiety , crying, heart rate increased, insomnia, muscle twitching, nervousness, overdose. Ferrous dosage: 960 MG, QD FOR 2 DAYS, ORAL; 640 MG, QD FOR 2 DAYS, ORAL; (DOSE WAS DECREASED), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with FERROUS SULPHATE, FERROUS SULPHATE, CALCIUM, SYNTHROID. Patient recovered.
