Ferriprox side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from BRAZIL on May 12, 2008. Female patient was diagnosed with thalassaemia beta and was treated with Ferriprox. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hepatitis infectious, nuclear magnetic resonance imaging abnormal, transaminases abnormal. Ferriprox dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DESFERAL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
