Ferric Side Effects Report #4807268-8
Ferric side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Oct 20, 2005. Female patient, 62 years of age, weighting 156.5 lb, was diagnosed with iron deficiency anaemia and was treated with Ferric. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chest discomfort, diarrhoea, dyspnoea, flushing, hypotension, infusion related reaction, nausea , syncope. Ferric dosage: 250MG IV. During the same period patient was treated with CARBIDOPA AND LEVODOPA, OMEPRAZOLE, FERROUS SULPHATE, AMLODIPINE, ALLOPURINOL. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with FERRIC GLUCONATE, FOLIC ACID, PAROXETINE, BUPROPION, PANCRELEPASE, ATENOLOL, FESO, DOXAZOSIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Ferric dosage: 500 MG IV. During the same period patient was treated with FERRIC NA GLUCONATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
