Ferric side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Oct 20, 2005. Female patient, 59 years of age, weighting 156.5 lb, was diagnosed with iron deficiency anaemia and was treated with Ferric. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: erythema, infusion related reaction, oedema peripheral, pruritus. Ferric dosage: 250MG IV. During the same period patient was treated with PREDNISONE, LEVOTHYROXINE, AZATHIOPRINE, DARBEPOITIN, REMIPRIL, ATENOLOL, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, NIFEDIPINE. Patient recovered.
