After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dependence, nausea , overdose, panic attack, sleep disorder , substance abuse, tremor. Fentora dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with XANAX, DILAUDID, AMBIEN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
