After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: condition aggravated, dental caries, dry mouth. Fentora dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ATIVAN, BACLOFEN, MS CONTIN, MS CONTIN, TOFRANIL, PRIALT. Patient recovered.
