Fentora side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Sept 07, 2007. Female patient, 34 years of age, weighting 169.0 lb, was diagnosed with headache  and was treated with Fentora. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: accidental overdose, suicidal ideation, unresponsive to stimuli. Fentora dosage: unknown. Patient died on 05/17/2007.

Fentora dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CYCLOBENZAPRINE, OXYCODONE EXTENDED, ATENOLOL, FUROSEMIDE, POTASSIUM CHLORIDE, CONJUGATED ESTROGEN, TEMAZEPAM, CLONAZEPAM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
