Fenofibrate Side Effects Report #5332894-X
Fenofibrate side effect was reported by a Health Professional from SPAIN on May 04, 2007. Female patient, 60 years of age, was diagnosed with hypertriglyceridaemia, osteoporosis  and was treated with Fenofibrate. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: biopsy liver abnormal, cholelithiasis, cholestasis, chromaturia, erythema multiforme, hepatic necrosis, hepatitis , immunology test abnormal. Fenofibrate dosage: 250 MG, QD. During the same period patient was treated with RALOXIFENE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Fenofibrate dosage: 250 MG, DAILY,PO. During the same period patient was treated with RALOXIFENE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
