Fenofibrate side effect was reported by a Health Professional from GERMANY on Apr 24, 2008. Female patient was diagnosed with prophylaxis and was treated with Fenofibrate. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute febrile neutrophilic dermatosis, anaemia, blood triglycerides increased, chills, fatigue, granuloma, infection , pyrexia, skin necrosis. Fenofibrate dosage: 250 MG, QD. During the same period patient was treated with FENOFIBRATE RANBAXY, BEXAROTENE, VORINOSTAT. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
