Female patient, 48 years of age, was diagnosed with lipids increased and was treated with Fenofibrate. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, diarrhoea, hepatic function abnormal, myalgia, urine colour abnormal, urine output decreased. Fenofibrate dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
