Fazaclo side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on July 25, 2006. Male patient, weighting 308.0 lb, was diagnosed with schizophreniform disorder and was treated with Fazaclo. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , back pain , chromaturia, flank pain, pneumonia , pulmonary embolism , pyrexia, urinary tract infection . Fazaclo dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CLONAZEPAM, PHENYTOIN, FENOFIBRATE, FISH OIL, ATENOLOL, DOCUSATE CALCIUM, CALCIUM CARB, NIACIN. Patient died on 07/01/2006.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: pneumonia , pulmonary embolism , urinary tract infection . Fazaclo dosage: 500 MG PO DAILY. During the same period patient was treated with NIACIN, ASPIRIN, DILANTIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 07/01/2006.

Female patient, 42 years of age, weighting 300.0 lb, was diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder and was treated with Fazaclo. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: clostridial infection, respiratory failure, urinary tract infection . Fazaclo dosage: 700 MG PO DAILY. During the same period patient was treated with DDAVP, COGENTIN, TOPAMAX, WELLBUTRIN, TRAZODONE, DEPAKOTE, LAMICTAL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 05/24/2006.
