Fazaclo side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Mar 03, 2006. Male patient, weighting 118.0 lb, was diagnosed with schizophrenia, paranoid type and was treated with Fazaclo. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute respiratory failure, adrenal insufficiency, sepsis , septic shock. Fazaclo dosage: 550 MG PO DAILY. During the same period patient was treated with SEROQUEL, KLONOPIN, REMERON, DEPAKOTE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 02/27/2006.

Fazaclo side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Mar 15, 2007. Male patient, weighting 282.2 lb, was diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder and was treated with Fazaclo. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute respiratory distress syndrome, cardiac enzymes increased, heart rate increased, hypoxia, pneumonia aspiration, pneumonia staphylococcal, sedation, sepsis , troponin i increased. Fazaclo dosage: 400 MG -TITRATED DOSE DAILY PO. During the same period patient was treated with ZIPRASIDONE, DEPAKOTE ER, ATROPINE, DOCUSATE, TOLNAFTATE CREAM, IBUPROFEN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
