Fazaclo side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Mar 15, 2007. Male patient, weighting 282.2 lb, was diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder and was treated with Fazaclo. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute respiratory distress syndrome, cardiac enzymes increased, heart rate increased, hypoxia, pneumonia aspiration, pneumonia staphylococcal, sedation, sepsis
, troponin i increased. Fazaclo dosage: 400 MG -TITRATED DOSE DAILY PO. During the same period patient was treated with ZIPRASIDONE, DEPAKOTE ER, ATROPINE, DOCUSATE, TOLNAFTATE CREAM, IBUPROFEN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.Fazaclo Side Effects Report #4678663-5

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure abnormal, colitis, oxygen saturation decreased, respiratory distress, sedation, septic shock. Fazaclo dosage: 150 MG PO DAILY. During the same period patient was treated with TYLENOL W, ALBUTEROL, PROZAC, DEPAKOTE, DEXEDRINE, LEVOTHYROXINE, SENNA. Patient was hospitalized.
