Fazaclo side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Dec 12, 2006. Male patient, weighting 100.0 lb, was diagnosed with schizophrenia and was treated with Fazaclo. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dysphagia, metastases to central nervous system, metastases to spine, respiratory failure. Fazaclo dosage: 700 MG PO DAILY. During the same period patient was treated with ABILIFY, EFFEXOR, KLONOPIN. Patient died on 12/09/2006.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: clostridial infection, respiratory failure, urinary tract infection . Fazaclo dosage: 700 MG PO DAILY. During the same period patient was treated with DDAVP, COGENTIN, TOPAMAX, WELLBUTRIN, TRAZODONE, DEPAKOTE, LAMICTAL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 05/24/2006.
