Fazaclo side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Dec 17, 2007. Male patient, weighting 114.0 lb, was diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder and was treated with Fazaclo. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: respiratory distress, treatment noncompliance. Fazaclo dosage: 550 MG PO DAILY. During the same period patient was treated with ATIVAN, HYTRIN, CLONAZEPAM, TRILAFON, LAMICTAL, ALBUTEROL. Patient died on 12/15/2007.

Fazaclo dosage: 150 MG PO DAILY. During the same period patient was treated with TYLENOL W, ALBUTEROL, PROZAC, DEPAKOTE, DEXEDRINE, LEVOTHYROXINE, SENNA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 04/22/2005.
