After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , back pain , chromaturia, flank pain, pneumonia , pulmonary embolism , pyrexia, urinary tract infection . Fazaclo dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CLONAZEPAM, PHENYTOIN, FENOFIBRATE, FISH OIL, ATENOLOL, DOCUSATE CALCIUM, CALCIUM CARB, NIACIN. Patient died on 07/01/2006.
