Fazaclo Side Effects Report #5575598-0
Fazaclo side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Dec 06, 2007. Female patient was diagnosed with dementia alzheimer's type and was treated with Fazaclo. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chills, clostridium difficile sepsis, leukocytosis, mental status changes, oxygen saturation decreased, pyrexia, septic shock. Fazaclo dosage: 100 MG PO DAILY. During the same period patient was treated with ANTIBIOTICS, PRESSORS, MORPHINE PRN, ATIVAN PRN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 12/06/2007.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure abnormal, colitis, oxygen saturation decreased, respiratory distress, sedation, septic shock. Fazaclo dosage: 150 MG PO DAILY. During the same period patient was treated with TYLENOL W, ALBUTEROL, PROZAC, DEPAKOTE, DEXEDRINE, LEVOTHYROXINE, SENNA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 04/22/2005.

Fazaclo dosage: 25 MG TID PO. During the same period patient was treated with FAZACLO ODT, ABILIFY, DEPAKOTE, HALDOL, ATIVAN, COGENTIN, NORVASC, LISINOPRIL. Patient died on 03/06/2006.
