Fazaclo side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Feb 17, 2006. Female patient, weighting 176.4 lb, was diagnosed with bipolar ii disorder and was treated with Fazaclo. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: overdose. Fazaclo dosage: 100 MG PO TID. During the same period patient was treated with LEXAPRO, DEPAKOTE, DILANTIN, SINGULAIR, LEVOTHYROXINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: completed suicide, overdose. Fazaclo dosage: 25 MG PO DAILY. During the same period patient was treated with ABILIFY, LEXAPRO, RITALIN, SEROQUEL, ATIVAN, TOPROL. Patient died on 10/12/2007.
