Fazaclo side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Nov 28, 2006. Male patient was diagnosed with schizophrenia and was treated with Fazaclo. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dyspnoea. Fazaclo dosage: 75 MG PO DAILY. During the same period patient was treated with FOLIC ACID, ASPIRIN, ZONEGRAN, TRILEPTAL, COGENTIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 11/06/2006.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dyspnoea, intestinal obstruction. Fazaclo dosage: 200 MG PO BID. During the same period patient was treated with COGENTIN, TRILEPTAL, LORAZEPAM, DEPAKOTE. Patient died on 02/05/2008.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dyspnoea, fall , head injury, hip fracture. Fazaclo dosage: 25 MG PO DAILY. During the same period patient was treated with ALBUTEROL, ARICEPT, CITALOPRAM HYDROBROMIDE, CARDURA, LASIX, HALDOL, RITALIN, PROTONIX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 01/06/2008.
