Fazaclo side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Jan 16, 2008. Male patient was diagnosed with schizophrenia and was treated with Fazaclo. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arteriosclerosis coronary artery, cardio-respiratory arrest, cough, pulmonary congestion. Fazaclo dosage: 900 MG PO DAILY. Patient died on 01/16/2008.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: colitis, condition aggravated, cough, respiratory distress, sedation, septic shock. Fazaclo dosage: 150 MG PO DAILY. During the same period patient was treated with TYLENOL W, ALBUTEROL, PROZAC, DEPAKOTE, DEXEDRINE, LEVOTHYROXINE, SENNA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 04/22/2005.

During the same period patient was treated with FAZACLO ODT, ARICEPT, LEVOXYL, FUROSEMIDE, LISINOPRIL, MORICIZINE. Patient died on 12/04/2005.
