Male patient, 33 years of age, was diagnosed with schizophrenia, paranoid type and was treated with Fazaclo. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute respiratory failure, convulsion, diarrhoea, encephalopathy, fungaemia, megacolon, neuropathy peripheral, sepsis . Fazaclo dosage: 325 MG QHS, PO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
