Fazaclo side effect was reported by a Health Professional from on May 18, 2005. Female patient, weighting 175.0 lb, was diagnosed with bipolar disorder
and was treated with Fazaclo. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure abnormal, colitis, oxygen saturation decreased, respiratory distress, sedation, septic shock. Fazaclo dosage: 150 MG PO DAILY. During the same period patient was treated with TYLENOL W, ALBUTEROL, PROZAC, DEPAKOTE, DEXEDRINE, LEVOTHYROXINE, SENNA. Patient was hospitalized.
