Fazaclo side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Nov 20, 2008. Male patient, 46 years of age, was diagnosed with schizophrenia, paranoid type and was treated with Fazaclo. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, fracture , intervertebral disc disorder. Fazaclo dosage: 700 MG DAILY PO. Patient died.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aneurysm , asthma , chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, condition aggravated, myocardial infarction, pneumonia . Fazaclo dosage: 100MG QAM, 350MG QHS; PO. During the same period patient was treated with DILANTIN, TRAZODONE, TRILEPTAL, METFORMIN, ALBUTEROL. Patient died on 12/27/2008.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pneumonia , respiratory failure. Fazaclo dosage: 500 MG PO DAILY. During the same period patient was treated with VERAPAMIL, PHENOBARBITAL, LASIX, ALBUTEROL. Patient died on 02/04/2007.
